The rollers are manufactured from high quality steel (SUJ2) and heat treated to release stress.

Roller surfaces are hard chrome plated for maximum wear resistance.

Independent control box for operational convenience.

Applies AC servomotor drive for fast motion and increased efficiency.

The computer control with closed-loop feedback assures accuracy of ±0.05mm.

Multi-step manual length input allows convenient material feed to the die and accurate positioning.

Loosening angle is quickly set by simply meeting the cam signal from the press and making material thickness adjustment.

Feeding length can be conveniently set on the control panel.

Exclusive Automatic Infeed Design

The specially-designed automatic infeed mechanism not only greatly saves time for material changing and feeding but also provides high feeding accuracy when material is sent into the press. Especially for thick materials, efficiency is upgraded noticeably.
Material infeed can be quickly accomplished in only about 40 seconds. This is only 1/10 of that on a conventional machine (requiring about 25 minutes).

The machine volume is similar to a "three-in-one" feeder and is easy to operate. It provides a competitive edge for your press working.
